How to use your voucher

Call us on 0411 624 712 or email hello@butterland.com.au to book a time, then bring your voucher and we'll put it through when you arrive.

Anything left over stays on your voucher for next time.

Voucher terms

• Your voucher is valid for at least three years from the date it was bought.
• You can give it to anyone. Whoever has the voucher can use it.
• It has a dollar value and works on any bathhouse package, across as many bookings as you like until the balance runs out.
• If a booking costs more than the balance, you pay the difference.
• There are no fees on vouchers, ever.
• Keep your voucher number safe and treat it like cash, because anyone who has it can use it.
• Bookings made with a voucher follow our booking terms. If you cancel in time, the value goes back on your voucher.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
